Understand how Climber works
What is Auto-Pilot?
Auto-Pilot is Climber's price automation engine. It continuously analyzes occupancy data, booking pace, hotel history, and market behavior to adjust rates automatically throughout the day, without you having to intervene. Depending on the plan, Auto-Pilot performs between 6 and 24 updates per day, always following the rules you define yourself, with full transparency and the option to supervise.
What is hotel forecasting and how does Climber use it?
Hotel forecasting is the prediction of future demand based on historical data, booking pace, and market behavior. On the Growth and Pro plans, Climber offers forecasting of up to 365 days to help you anticipate demand variations and make more confident pricing decisions, instead of merely reacting to the market.
What is the difference between Smart Pricing, Growth, and Pro?
All three plans offer price automation via Auto-Pilot, but at different levels of depth. Smart Pricing is ideal for those taking their first steps, with automatic adjustments 6 times a day and a basic performance view. Growth adds 365-day forecasting, adjustments 12 times a day, and competitor analysis. Pro delivers AI-powered recommendations, group management, dynamic pricing by category, and monthly performance meetings.
Can I change plans as my hotel grows?
Yes. Climber was designed for exactly this. You start with the plan that makes sense for your operation today and move up to more complete versions without having to switch systems or go through a new implementation process.
How long does it take to start using Climber?
Implementation is fast. Your hotel can start operating with price automation in just a few days, with no lengthy projects or steep learning curve.
Does Climber work for any size of hotel?
Yes. Climber serves independent hotels, inns, resorts, and chains. Smart Pricing is ideal for those getting started with automation, while Growth and Pro serve operations with greater commercial complexity, all on the same platform.

Does Climber recommend pricing for different room types?
Yes. This can also be configured via Channel Manager.
Is it possible to receive alerts about disparities between the recommendation and the prices distributed on OTAs?
We do not send automatic alerts, but you can compare the information directly in Climber's pricing calendar.
